基于时域同步平均的齿轮箱故障特征提取 被引量:1

摘要 齿轮箱是旋转机械中一种重要机械传动部件,对其故障诊断及检测具有重要研究意义。振动信号特征分析是机械故障诊断领域中常见方法,时域同步平均法是其中重要故障诊断方法之一,其能有效从复合信号中提取感兴趣的周期分量,提高信噪比。首先通过双通道分别采集原始振动信号及键相脉冲信号;其次通过键相脉冲信号获得参考轴每转起始位置,然后对原始振动信号进行分段截取;最后对前者进行分段叠加平均及频谱分析;通过齿轮箱实测故障数据,验证该方法可行性。
