小水囊应用于足月妊娠计划分娩引产中的临床价值评价

Evaluation of clinical value of small water sac in induced labor of full-term pregnancy planned delivery

目的探讨小水囊应用于足月妊娠计划分娩中的价值研究。方法选取2016年1月~2018年12月我院收治的足月妊娠引产患者180例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为小水囊组与缩宫素组,各90例,分别实施小水囊及缩宫素组引产。结果小水囊组引产效果总改善93.33高于缩宫素组的84.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),小水囊组剖宫产7.78%、阴道助产4.44%、新生儿窒息发生率2.22低于缩宫素组22.22%、23.33%、15.56,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);小水囊组宫颈Bishop评分(8.86±1.48)高于缩宫素组的(7.37±1.55),临产发动(1.25±0.22)d、产程时间(14.26±2.26)h低于缩宫素组(1.69±0.38)d、(18.25±1.86)h,产后2小时出血量(176.39±12.08)mLvs(178.22±13.24)mL,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低位水囊引产临床效果较好,操作方法简单,有效率高,临床可进一步推广。

Objective To explore the value of small water sac in full-term pregnancy planned delivery.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,180 cases of induced abortion of full-term pregnancy in our hospital were divided into small water sac group and oxytocin group according each 90 cases,induced abortion in small water sac group and oxytocin group were carried out respectively.Results The small water sac group total improvement rate of induced labor 93.33 higher than oxytocin group 84.44%(P<0.05).Caesarean section 7.78%,Vaginal midwifery 4.44%,incidence of neonatal asphyxia 2.22%lower than 22.22%,23.33%and 15.56 in oxytocin group(P<0.05).The cervical Bishop score in the small sac group(8.86±1.48)was higher than the oxytocin group(7.37±1.55).The onset of labor(1.25±0.22)days,duration of labor(14.26±2.26)h were lower than oxytocin group(1.69±0.38)d and(18.25±1.86)h.There was no difference in the amount of bleeding(176.39±12.08)ml VS(178.22±13.24)ml at 2 hours postpartum.Conclusion Low water sac induced labor has good clinical effect,simple operation method and high efficiency,which can be further promoted in clinic.
