经腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术与经腹卵巢囊肿剥除术对卵巢囊肿患者术后卵巢储备功能的影响被引量：8

摘要目的分析研究经腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术与经腹卵巢囊肿剥除术对卵巢囊肿患者术后卵巢储备功能的影响。方法选取本院2018年1月~2019年1月期间收治的148例患者进行此次研究,按照数字表法将所有患者均分为参照组和研究组两组各74例。其中给予经腹卵巢囊肿剥除术的为参照组,给予经腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的为研究组,比较两组患者的术后卵巢储备功能。结果两组患者的卵泡雌激素(FSH)指标和雌二醇(E2)在治疗前后基本一致,组间比较无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的抗苗勒管激素(AMH)指标在治疗后显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在卵巢囊肿患者的治疗工作中应用经腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术与经腹卵巢囊肿剥除术都可以促进患者卵巢储备功能的恢复,均具有临床推广价值。
