阴道给药芬吗通改善氯米芬促排卵子宫内膜容受性的效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察氯米芬促排卵患者使用阴道给药芬吗通在改善子宫内膜容受性的效果。方法研究对象选择2018年06月~2019年03月因排卵障碍在我院进行促排卵治疗的不孕症患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组选择口服戊酸雌二醇片联合氯米芬治疗,观察组选择阴道给药芬吗通联合氯米芬治疗,比较两组HCG日的子宫内膜厚度、内膜形态,并统计其妊娠结局。结果观察组hCG日内膜厚度和分型均优于对照组;观察组妊娠率及E2水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论阴道给药芬吗通改善氯米芬促排卵患者的子宫内膜容受性效果显著。
