摘要 金砖国家领导人在厦门会晤期间,为满足灭火救援的“短、平、快”作战要求,实现警情、任务等信息快速下达,作战指挥部与前沿作战人员互联互通,并满足“1-3-5-10”分钟的作战需求。本文通过应用北斗卫星通信及导航定位等物联网技术,构建汇聚数据、图像、语音、视频通信于一体的灭火救援综合处置平台。该平台覆盖消防网格化责任区,联通总指挥部、中队指挥所、微型消防站、现场巡查官兵及社会防控面警力等关键环节,实现根据警情需求对消防作战力量合理、高效、优化、集结与调配。 During the Xiamen BRICS summit,in order to meet the"short,flat,fast"fighting requirements of fire rescue,to realize the information quick release such as warning instance,operational command,the interconnectivity between operational headquarters and forward operating personnel,and meet the demand of the"1-3-5-10"minutes combat,this paper use the technology of Internet of Things,such as BeiDou satellite communication and navigation positioning,build the comprehensive disposal platform of gathering data,image,voice,video communications in one.The platform covers key links such as protection grid,intercommunicate headquarters,squadron command post,micro volunteer fire station,field patrol officers and soldiers,and police force of the social prevention and control surface,to realize the reasonable,efficient aggregation and deployment of fire fighting force according to warning instance demand.
