基于机械制造类专业职业技能大赛的研究与实践

Research and Practice of Professional Skills Competition Based on Mechanical Manufacturing

对机械制造大类各专业职业技能大赛的赛项及现状进行研究,指出目前各赛项存在的问题,针对西安铁路职业技术学院各赛项存在的问题进行原因分析,提出机械制造类技能大赛的赛项对学生综合素养的要求,最后做好职业技能大赛的对策研究,使高职机械制造大类各专业的人才培养符合企业需求。

This paper studies the competition items and current situation of the professional skill competition in the major categories of machinery manufacturing,points out the problems existing in the current competition items,analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the competition items of Xi'an Railway Vocational and technical Institute,puts forward the requirements of the competition items of the skill competition in machinery manufacturing on the comprehensive quality of students,and finally makes a good study of the countermeasures of the professional skill competition,so as to meet the needs of enterprises in the cultivation of talents in the major fields of machinery manufacturing in higher vocational colleges.
