高职院校学生对班主任的诉求研究--以西安铁路职业技术学院为例

A Study of the Students"Appeal for Head Teacher in Higher Vocational Colleges--Taking Xian Railway Vocational and Technical Institute as an Example

为了更好的在兼职班主任中开展学生管理工作,帮助学生在心理健康、法制意识、责任意识以及专业技能方面全面发展,我们做了问卷调查,通过对问卷结果整理分析,从学生对班主任的基本要求、能力要求、班级管理方面的要求等方面总结了学生对班主任的诉求,并依此提出对兼职班主任的工作建议。

In order to carry out student management better in part-time head teachers and help students develop in an all-round way in mental health,legal consciousness,responsibility consciousness and professional skills,we have conducted a questionnaire survey.By sorting out and analyzing the results of the questionnaire,from the basic requirements of students to head teachers,ability requirements,class management.In terms of the requirements,this paper summarizes the students demands for the head teacher,and puts forward some suggestions for the part-time head teacher.
