基于专业认同下高职生职业决策能力提升的探索--以福州职业技术学院为例

Exploration on Promoting Vocational Decision-making Ability of Higher Vocational Students Based on Professional Identity--Taking Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College as an Example

摘要 高职生择业时的频繁流动容易造成就业市场的不稳定性。本文在福州职业技术学院选取不同年级的475名学生为研究对象,对影响高职生职业决策能力进行调查,结果发现高职生的专业认同度是重要的因素。研究认为提升高职生的职业决策能力应激发学生的专业认同度,从高职院校、学生自身等方面加强改进,帮助学生建立专业和职业的关系,正确的进行自我评价,树立职业发展目标,提高人才培养的质量。 Frequent flow of Vocational College Students in choosing jobs can easily lead to the instability of the employment market.In this paper,475 students of different grades in Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College were selected as the research objects,and the vocational decision一making ability of higher vocational students was investigated.The results show that the professional identity of higher vocational students is an important factor.It is believed that improving vocational decision-making ability of higher vocational students should stimulate students'professional identity,strengthen improvement from higher vocational colleges and students themselves,help students establish the relationship between profession and occupation,conduct correct self一evaluation,set up career development goals,and improve the quality of personnel training.
