摘要
云南某高架桥提升改造工程支撑受力结构采用钢板组合梁形式,单跨单幅采用5~8根钢主梁及若干小次梁、端横梁连接,全桥为大六角高强度螺栓栓接结构,钢梁存在变横坡及预拱度,加工精度要求较高。针对该工程钢板组合梁结构形式,从深化、下料、组焊、预拼装等工序方面详细介绍其加工制作技术。
The supporting force structure of viaduct promotion and renovation project in Yunnan is steel plate composite girder.Single span and single breadth are connected by 5~8 steel main girders and several small secondary girders and end cross beams.The large hexagonal high-strength bolt connection structure is adopted in whole bridge.There is the variable transverse slope and camber in steel girders.The higher processing accuracy of girders is required.For the structural form of the project,this paper introduces its processing technology in detail from deepening,blanking,assembling,pre-assembling and other processes.
