摘要
针对大跨度提篮拱桥双曲线钢管桁架拱肋的加工工艺,结合郑万铁路奉节梅溪河双线特大桥工程实例,从焊接工艺试验、主弦管以折代曲的线形设计及卷管加工、拱肋节段单肢卧拼、整体立拼等方面,分析总结其技术要点及优点,探索出一套双曲线钢管桁架拱肋加工制造技术。
Aimed at manufacturing technology of bidirectional curved steel pipe truss arch rib for long span basket-lifting arch bridge,combined with the engineering example of Fengjie Meixi River Doubletrack Super-large Bridge on Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway,from the aspects of welding technology test,linear design of main chord steel pipe replacing curve with straight line,coiling of steel pipe,single limb lateral horizontal assembling of arch rib segment and integral vertical assembly,etc,this paper analyzes and summarizes its technical points and advantages,and explores a set of manufacturing technology of bidirectional curved steel pipe truss arch rib.
