摘要
以杭州地铁6号线区间隧道下穿钱江二路公路隧道为例,对盾构接收端头土体加固技术、沉降控制措施及监测结果等进行了详细介绍。左线盾构的顺利接收与上部隧道结构沉降得到良好控制,证明施工方案的可行性,在确保进度的同时也实现了安全施工。由于本例中地铁区间隧道下穿工序先于公路隧道明挖暗埋段基坑的底板浇筑,盾构在开挖见底深基坑段实现顺利下穿。
Taking the tunnel of Hangzhou Subway line 6 as an example,this paper mainly introduces shield end strengthening technique,settlement control measures and monitoring results of shield receiving.The smooth reception of the left shield and the settlement of the upper tunnel structure are well controlled,which prove the feasibility of the construction plan,and insure not only the progress but also the security of the engineering.In this case,the undergoing procedure of subway tunnel is prior to the foundation excavation of the open-cut and buried section of highway tunnel,however the shield tunneling is carried out successfully when the excavation reaches the bottom of the deep foundation excavation.
