摘要
本研究参考教育界权威的教师测评素养标准,采用情景问卷直接测量高校英语教师的测评素养,并结合访谈探究测评素养的影响因素。研究结果表明,教师基本掌握测评伦理知识、传统测试实施步骤及相关技能,但课堂评估方法选择和开发、评分标准开发、测评结果运用等技能相对欠缺。高校类型、教龄、学历对教师测评素养影响较大,测评课程、培训和会议对测评素养提升具有一定帮助,专业方向对测评素养没有显著影响。研究进而对改进教师教育培训和教学管理提出了相关建议。
Drawing on the authoritative standards for teacher competence in educational assessment,this study measures college English teachers’assessment literacy and explores its influencing factors through situational questionnaires and interviews.Results show that the teachers have basically mastered assessment ethics,testing procedures and related skills,but they lack skills in the selection and development of classroom assessment methods,development of rating criteria and use of assessment results.College types,years of teaching experience and educational backgrounds have great impact on assessment literacy;courses,training and conferences are of certain help in improving assessment literacy;teachers’majors have no significant effect on assessment literacy.The study further puts forward some suggestions for improving teacher education,teacher training and teaching management.
