摘要 在对摆缸八杆机构进行位置参数和运动参数分析的基础上,构建了摆缸八杆机构设计优化问题的数学模型,基于模拟退火算法的思想,提出了一种以摆动角度误差最小和长度误差最小的八杆机构智能优化方法,解决了多杆杆长约束处理、邻域搜索策略设计等关键问题,并编写了仿真计算程序,仿真计算结果表明,该方法具有较好的全局搜索性能,可有效用于多杆机构的设计与分析。 According to the analysis of location and motion parameters of swing cylinder eight一bar mechanism,a mathematical model was built to design and optimize the eight一bar mechanism.Based on the Simulated Annealing Algorithms,an intelligence optimization method was proposed to ensure the mechanism the minimum error of swing angles and bar lengths.Some critical problems were solved,such as modeling constraint conditions of multi-bar length and design of neighborhood search strategy.Finally,a simulation program was applied to estimate the method and according to the results,the method is of a good performance of global research and can be applied to the design and analysis of multi-bar mechanisms effectively.
