摘要
从全生命周期的视角分析了船袖供应商的资源池、业务链、价值链以及创新链,基于全生命周期的核心需求,提出针对性强、应用性强的创新方案,并建立包含资源环境层、生命周期层、需求层、方案层以及生态层的船舶创新生态系统的运作机制,倡导构建生态共建、资源共享、系统共生、共生共赢的船舶创新生态系统。
This paper analyzes the resource pool,business chain,value chain and innovation chain of ship suppliers from the perspective of the whole life cycle.Based on the core requirements of the whole life cycle,this paper proposes a highly targeted and applicable innovative solution and builds the operational mechanism of the ship's innovation ecosystem with the resource and environment layer,the life cycle layer,the demand layer,the program layer and the ecological layer,in order to build an ecological ecosystem of ecological co—construction,resource sharing,system symbiosis,and symbiosis and win-win.
