东北虎感染犬腺病毒Ⅰ型病例分析

Death Case Analysis of Panthera tigris altaica Infection with Canine Adenovirus Type Ⅰ

2018年9月5日,吉林省野生动物救护繁育中心发生1例自繁自养的东北虎感染犬腺病毒Ⅰ型病例。该病例从发病到死亡病程较长,以食欲下降至废绝,饮水量降低,精神萎靡不振,呕吐,眼窝凹陷为特征。剖检发现,肝脏颜色暗黑,肾脏肿大,脾脏肿大,胃部有出血,牙龈及口腔色泽苍白无血色。临床血液生理生化指标检测显示,此虎贫血,肝、肾功能损伤。通过试纸条检测确诊感染犬腺病毒Ⅰ型病毒。

One case that a Siberian tiger which was self-reproduction and self-breeding and infectious with Canine adenovirus type I was found in Rescue of Jilin Wild Animal Breeding Center on September 5th,2018.This virus had a long course from onset to death,characterized by appetite dropped to no appetite,decreased water intake,depressed spirits,vomiting and eye socket.The anatomy of the Siberian tiger revealed dark liver color,enlarged kidney and spleen,bleeding in stomach,pale and bloodless gums and oral.It was diagnosed of infection with canine adenovirus type I by applying dipsticks detection.
