This paper introduces a taillight pedestal used for installing super-long taillights in SUV models.It mainly discusses the structure of taillights pedestal,stamping CAE analysis,technology design,die structure design and other related contents.It expounds the technology and die design process of complex taillights pedestal,which provides a kind of reference scheme,for stamping professionals in automotive industry.
