摘要
对型面网格技术在汽车覆盖件拉伸模中应用的现状进行了分析;根据网格几何特点设计正交试验,分析了网格参数对接触压强的影响,研究网格参数对接触压强影响的显著性情况;根据实际应用情况,研究网格宽度单因素对接触压强的影响。
Analyze the application status of surface-mesh technology in the field of automobile panel drawing die.Design orthogonal experiment according to the geometrical characteristic of the mesh.Analyze the influence of the mesh parameters on the contact pressure,and research the sequence of significance for the influence of the mesh parameters on the contact pressure.Research the influence of single factor of the mesh-width on the contact pressure according to the practical application.
