摘要
分析了带耳小杯塑件结构和成型工艺性,介绍了弹簧式外侧双向抽芯注射模结构,并分析了抽芯机构的工作过程。生产实践证明,该模具结构运行稳定,快速可靠,经济方便,对同类结构塑件的注射模设计具有推广和借鉴作用。
Based on a small cup with ear,its structure and molding process was analyzed.Design of outward two-way side core-pulling by springs structure in injection mold was introduced,especially the working principle and process of which was detailed introduced.The manufacture application shows that the mold runs stably,quickly,reliably and economically.It can be used as a reference for the injection mold design of plastic parts with similar structure.
