校企合作在职业教育领域长期受到广泛关注,也是职业院校提升教学质量和教育水平的重要突破口。职业教育作为与实际生产最为贴近的面向就业的教育,需要与企业紧密对接,需要克服体制不一致、目标不一致、利益不一致等外在壁垒,在不一致的表象之下寻求共同利益支点,为合作共赢谋求可能。要更好地适应和利用全球互联新常态,需要通过校企合作信息化水平的快速提升实现合作质量、效率和成效的改善,并最终达到有力支撑教学改革、人才培养和企业发展的目标。

School-Enterprise cooperation has been widely concerned in the field of vocational education for a long time.It is also an important breakthrough for vocational colleges to improve teaching quality and education level.As an employment oriented education closest to actual production,vocational education needs to be closely connected with enterprises,overcome external barriers such as system inconsistency,goal inconsistency and interest inconsistency,seek common interest fulcrum under the appearance of inconsistency,and seek the possibility for win-win cooperation.In order to better adapt to and make use of the new normal of global interconnection,it is necessary to improve the quality,efficiency and effectiveness of cooperation through the rapid improvement of the informatization level of school-enterprise cooperation,and finally achieve the goal of strongly supporting the teaching reform,talent training and enterprise development.
