摘要
如何消除现有软件人才培养模式的弊端,培养出企业真正需要的软件人才,是地方本科院校软件人才教育急需解决的问题。本文分析了现有软件人才培养模式的不足,指出实践是培养创新精神、创新能力的重要途径和方式,构建出实践创新型软件人才培养体系。
How to eliminate the drawbacks of existing software talent training mode and train needy software professionals is an urgent issue.To building innovative software practice training system is the key to solve the dislocation between the school training and market demand.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing software personnel training mode,points out that practice is an important way to cultivate the innovative spirit and ability,and constructs a practical innovative software personnel training system.
