摘要
目的选用牛黄解毒片对大鼠胃肠积热证模型进行验证,从而对胃肠积热证候模型进行有意义的探索。方法选择雌性初断乳SD大鼠,分为对照组、积热组、牛黄解毒片低剂量组和高剂量组。喂食自制积热饲料及洛哌丁胺联合干预建立胃肠积热动物模型。分析大鼠成长情况、舌相、体温、粪便、尿液、炎症反应等变化情况,验证牛黄解毒片对该动物模型的适用性。结果与对照组相比,积热组大鼠出现饮食量降低,腹围体重比增大,舌相变深红,小便色黄,便秘,肠鸣音次数降低,体温升高,趋冷,炎症反应明显的症状,牛黄解毒片可以缓解其症状。结论所选检测指标可以准确评价胃肠积热证大鼠模型,所建动物模型是牛黄解毒片的对症模型。
Objective To validate the model of gastrointestinal heat accumulation syndrome in rats by using Niuhuang Jiedu Tablet, in order to make a meaningful exploration for the model of gastrointestinal heat accumulation syndrome. Methods Female SD rats were selected and divided into control group, treat group, Niuhuangjiedu tablets low-dose and high-dose groups. The combination of self-made heat-feeding and loperamide was used to establish an animal model of gastrointestinal heat accumulation. The changes of rat growth conditions, tongue phase, body temperature, feces, urine and inflammatory reaction were analyzed to verify the applicability of Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets to the animal model. Results Compared with the control group, the rats in the heat-receiving group showed a decrease in diet, an increase in abdominal circumference and body weight ratio, a deep reddish tongue phase, yellow urine, constipation, decreased bowel sounds times, elevated body temperature, willing to stay in cold circumstance, and significant symptoms of inflammatory response, Niuhuang Jiedu tablets can alleviate these symptoms.Conclusion The selected test indicators can accurately evaluate the rat model of gastrointestinal heat syndrome. The established animal model is a symptomatic model of Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets.
