基于PFC3D的干式充填体流动及支撑效应模拟分析技术 被引量:1

摘要 为全面探明空区内干式充填散体流动对充填效果和周边矿体稳定性的扰动影响,采用PFC3D建立三维散体-矿体扩大模型,提出岩体参数反演方法,对崩落开采过程进行全局模拟计算。结果表明:模拟结果与现场监测较一致,扩大模型与参数反演方法适用于充填散体问题的研究;散体顶板层流动量与流动范围较大,底板层较小;散体流动中小颗粒透过大块之间的空隙向东发生渗移,使西侧充填体密实度降低;西侧矿体南北两侧与顶部、底部位移较大,中间位移小,整体向空区内发生位移。该技术可实现对崩落过程的全局模拟,为全面系统的进行工程分析提供参考方法,为空区充填、周边矿体安全开采等提供参考依据。 In order to comprehensively explore the flow law of dry backfill and its disturbance effect on the filling effect and the stability of surrounding ore bodies,the particle flow program PFC3D is applied to establish a threedimensional dispersion-ore body expansion model,and the corresponding rock mass mesoscopic parameter inversion method is put forward to simulate the caving mining process.The results indicate that the simulation results correspond well with the on-site monitoring,and that the particle flow expansion model and parameter inversion method are suitable for the study of filling slurry and ore body;the bulk flow mainly occurs in the small area under the roof of the bulk;small and medium-sized particles seep to the east through the gap between large blocks,which reduces the compactness of the backfill on the west side;the displacement of the north and south sides and the top and bottom of the western ore body is large,while the middle displacement is small.On the whole,the displacement moves inward to the ore body.In conclusion,this method realizes the global simulation of the caving process,provides a good reference for the engineering analysis comprehensively and systematically,and provides a reference for the filling of the ore and the safe mining of the surrounding ore bodies.
