激光跟踪仪在大型预埋钢板安装测量中的应用 被引量:1

Application of laser tracker in installation measurement of large embedded steel plates

摘要 针对振动台预埋钢板形位误差,提出一种高精度的激光跟踪仪对预埋钢板的安装测量方案.采用可调节高度的等高控制点,确定平面基准,激光跟踪仪测量预埋钢板的孔位空间位置,确定形位误差并进行调整,最后进行二次检核.通过加权总体最小二乘拟合钢板平面,计算平面度.结果表明,该方案满足预埋钢板平面度误差1.0 mm,位置误差±1.0 mm,有效解决了振动台预埋钢板的高精度安装问题. Aiming at the error of the embedded plate shape of the vibrating table,a high-precision laser tracker was proposed to install and measure the embedded steel plate.The plane reference was determined by using the height control point of the adjustable height.The spatial position of the hole in the embedded steel plate was measured using the laser tracker,and the shape error was determined and adjusted,and finally the second check was performed.The flatness was calculated and the steel plate plane was fitted by weighted total least squares.The results showed that the scheme met the flatness error of the embedded steel plate with 1.0 mm and the position error with±1.0 mm,which effectively solved the problem of high-precision installation of the pre-buried steel plate of the vibrating table.
