摘要
针对东峰煤矿3201回采工作面掘进巷道施工过程中出现的围岩体破碎、片帮等问题,提出采用超前锚注加固技术来保证掘进工作面的安全。分析了超前锚注加固的基本原理,结合3201回采工作面实际情况进行了超前锚注加固参数设计,并对加固效果进行了评价。结果表明,采用超前锚注加固技术可有效改善掘进工作面围岩条件,加快掘进速度。
Aiming at the problems of fragmentation of surrounding rock mass and occurrence of wall caving in the construction of heading roadway in 3201 mining face of Dongfeng Coal Mine, this paper put forward the advanced bolting and grouting rein-forcement technology to ensure the safety of heading face. The basic principle of advanced bolting and grouting reinforcement was analyzed, the parameters of advanced bolting and grouting reinforcement were designed combined with the actual situation of 3201 mining face, and the reinforcement effect was evaluated. The results show that advanced bolting and grouting reinforcement technology can effectively improve the surrounding rock conditions and speed of tunneling.
