摘要
基于15106大采高综采工作面推进到330~390 m处顶板节理裂隙发育,围岩破碎,为保障工作面人员和设备安全,采用坑透和钻孔探测的方法,确定构造区域围岩破坏类型和范围,制定了"深、浅孔注浆+锚索补强支护"的综合加固方案。结果表明,加固方案的应用使原来破碎的围岩形成一个整体,提高了围岩自载能力,围岩整体变形得到了有效控制。
When the 15106 fully mechanized mining face with large mining height was advanced to 330-390 m, the joint cracks of the roof were developed, and the surrounding rock was broken. In order to ensure the safety of the working face personnel and equipment, the method of pit penetration and borehole detection were used to determine the type and the scope of surrounding rock failure in the structural area. The comprehensive reinforcement scheme of "deep and shallow hole grouting + anchor cable reinforcement support" was formulated. The results showed that the reinforcement scheme made the original broken surrounding rock form a whole, which improved the self-loading capacity of the surrounding rock and the overall deformation of surrounding rock was effectively controlled.
