摘要
为降低矿井巷道掘进率,缓解采掘作业接续紧张问题,实现无煤柱开采,祥升矿在6201工作面回采时,对胶带运输顺槽实施沿空留巷施工,在采取加强锚杆锚索预控留巷进行顶板控制的同时,采用砌混凝土泥试块外加喷浆处理封闭采空区。实践表明,该设计工艺能够有效控制巷道围岩变形情况,通过近120 d的现场连续监测,顶板最大下沉量和两帮最大移近量分别为66 mm和21 mm,围岩变形在安全范围内,保证了工作面安全回采。
In order to reduce the tunneling rate, relieve the continuous tension of mining operation and realize coal pillar-free mining, the 6201 working face of Xiangsheng Coal Mine carried out the gob-side roadway retaining construction of belt transportation roadway in the face mining, carried out roof control by strengthening the bolt anchor cable pre-controlling retaining roadway,and treated the closed goaf with the concrete mud test block and the spray grouting at the same time. The practice showed that the design technology can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway. Through the continuous field monitoring for nearly 120 d, the maximum subsidence of roof and the maximum displacement of two sides were 66 mm and 21 mm respectively, and surrounding rock deformation was in the safe range, which guaranteed the safe recovery of working face.
