摘要
兔毛是一种天然毛纺织材料,属于特种动物纤维的一种,具有亲肤保暖、蓬松柔软等优点。石墨烯是一种平面蜂窝状的新型材料,具有很多优良特性,如抗紫外线、远红外发射、抗菌等,在纺织领域的应用日趋显著。通过控制L-半胱氨酸浓度、超声功率、水浴温度、超声处理时间与氧化石墨烯浓度5个变量,制备一种石墨烯改性兔毛纤维,其不仅可以减少静电的产生,增加摩擦,而且在性能上保留了兔毛纤维亲肤滑爽,透气透湿的优良特性。
Rabbit hair is a kind of natural wool textile material,which is a kind of special animal fiber,which has the advantages of warm,fluffy and soft.Graphene is a new type of flat honeycomb,which has many excellent features,such as anti-ultraviolet,far-infrared emission,antibacterial and so on,and the application of the textile field is becoming more and more obvious.A graphene-modified rabbit hair fiber was prepared by controlling five variables including L-cysteine concentration,ultrasonic power,water bath temperature,ultrasonic treatment time and go concentration.It can not only reduce the generation of static electricity and increase the friction,but also retain the excellent properties of rabbit wool fiber,such as skin-friendly,smooth,breathable and moisture-permeable,adding the functional properties of graphene.
