徐大同先生是我国著名的政治学家、法学家,为中国政治学的恢复重建和学科发展作出了卓越贡献。在马克思主义的指导下,他提出了要准确认识西方、为中国研究西方、正确对待中国传统等主张。这些主张得到了学界的普遍认可。在政治思想研究的基础上,他还引入了比较分析的方法、文化分析的方法,从而拓展了政治文化研究的领域。徐大同先生的政治思想研究,为中国政治学理论提供了融合创新的研究主题和方法,丰富了我们对于政治思想的认识与研究。

Prof.Xu Datong is a well-known political theorist and jurist in China, who has made outstanding contributions to the restoration and reconstruction of Chinese political science and the development of this discipline. His research was carried out under the guidance of Marxism. He advocated the understanding of the achievements of Western political civilizations accurately,the study of Western political civilizations for Chinese social development,and the treatment of Chinese tradition and other concepts correctly,which were generally recognized by the academic community. Based on the political thought research,he also used the comparative and cultural methods to expand the research fields of political culture. Prof. Xu Datong’s research on political thought has provided a research theme and method of integration and innovation for Chinese political theory,which has enriched our understanding and research of political thought.
