基于随机森林的三相不平衡配电网损耗计算研究

摘要 配电网普遍存在三相不平衡的问题,而三相不平衡会给配电网的损耗计算带来严重的困难。针对传统计算方法时效性和准确性不足的现状,该文从配电网用电信息中提取出与配电网损耗相关的特征量,然后利用随机森林算法在非线性映射领域的独特优势,提出了一种基于随机森林算法的三相不平衡配电网损耗新型计算方法,并进行了三相不平衡配电网损耗实例的计算分析,表明了该文方法能获得更好的计算结果。该文方法可为三相不平衡配电网损耗计算提供有效的理论参考和技术指导。 Three-phase unbalance is a common problem existed in the distribution network,and the three-phase unbalance will bring serious difficulties to the loss calculation of distribution network. In view of the current insufficient situation of the timeliness and accuracy of traditional calculation methods,the characteristic quantities related to the loss of distribution network are extracted from the power consumption information of distribution network in this paper,then using the unique advantages of stochastic forest algorithm in the field of nonlinear mapping,a three-phase unbalanced distribution loss calculation method based on stochastic forest algorithm is proposed,and the calculation and analysis of three-phase unbalanced distribution network loss are given,it is shown that this method can obtain better calculation results. This method can provide an effective theoretical reference and technical guidance for the calculation of three-phase unbalanced distribution network losses.
