免疫检验质量控制对检验结果可靠性和准确性的影响分析

Effect of Quality Control of Immunoassay on Reliability and Accuracy of Test Results

目的研究免疫检验质量控制对检验结果可靠性和准确性的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年2月在我院进行免疫检查的120例患者作为本次研究的实验对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者进行常规检查,实验组在对照组的基础上加以检验质量控制,分别观察两组患者检验质量结果准确度以及检验结果数据变异性。结果观察组患者检验数据变异性小于对照组,观察组结果准确度大于对照组,差异明显(P=0.002)。结论在进行免疫检查时,加以质量控制的方法,可以提高检验结果的可靠性和准确性,在临床根据检验结果进行治疗时可以做到针对性治疗,提高治疗效果。

Objective To study the influence of quality control of immunoassay on the reliability and accuracy of test results.Methods 120 patients who underwent immunological examination in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in control group were given routine examination.The patients in experimental group were tested for quality control on the basis of the control group.The accuracy of the quality test results and the variability of the test results were observed in two groups.Results The variability of test data in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the accuracy of the results in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.002).Conclusion Quality control method can improve the reliability and accuracy of the test results in the course of immune examination.Targeted treatment can be achieved in the course of clinical treatment according to the test results,and the therapeutic effect can be improved.
