转子结构对五相容错永磁同步电机性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以电动汽车用五相容错永磁同步电机(PMSM)为研究对象,以转矩波动为指标设计了一台表贴式(SPM)电机和一台V型内嵌式(VIPM)电机用以对比采用不同转子结构的五相容错PMSM的性能特点,两种电机采用等量永磁体和20槽/18极的极槽配合方案。应用有限元仿真对两台电机在额定运行状态下的平均转矩、转矩波动、损耗、温度以及噪声进行了分析对比,并对电机处于一相开路、一相短路和两相开路故障时的转矩下降幅度、转矩波动程度以及损耗情况进行对比。结果表明表贴式转子电机平均转矩更高、转矩波动更小,故障时转矩下降幅度和波动幅度也小于V型电机,但其损耗、温度和噪声都要高于V型电机。 In the background of five fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor for electric vehicles,this paper designed two fault-tolerance permanent magnet motors adopting 20-slot/18-pole stator by finite element simulation software to analyze the features of fault-tolerance motor with different rotor topology.They are surface mount permanent magnet(SPM)motor and V-shape interior(VIPM)motor.The analyses of motors concentrate on performance of torque output,loss,temperature and noise of motors under normal operating conditions.What's more,the performances of motors,include drop of torque,degree of torque ripple and loss,were analyzed and compared in the case of one-phase open circuit fault,one-phase short-circuit fault and two-phase open-circuit fault.The results show that the SPM rotor topology has advantages over the VIPM topology in torque performance whether in normal or faulty operation.As for performance of loss and noise,the VIPM topology is the better one.
