摘要
以导流片试验件为检测对象,通过手持式智能激光扫描仪对试验件不同工序段进行扫描测量,将扫描的三维点云数据与设计的理论数模进行对比分析,得出型面精度的偏差情况,以此来检验试验件是否合格,将前后两段不同工序的扫描数据进行对比分析,以监测曲面的变形量,对大中型曲面产品加工过程中在质量把控方面有很大的意义和价值。
Taking deflector test piece as the test object,the different working procedures of the test piece are scanned and measured by using the hand-held intelligent laser scanner in this paper.The scanned three-dimensional point cloud data is then compared with the designed theoretical numerical simulation to obtain the deviation of the surface accuracy,so as to check whether the test piece is qualified or not.Comparing and analyzing the scanning data of two different processes before and after,so the deformation of curved surface could be monitored,which is of great significance and value to control the quality of large and medium-sized curved surface products in the machining process.
