线辣椒收获机的设计与试验

Design and Test for the Line Pepper Picking Machine

甘肃河西走廊地区的辣椒种植业发展迅速,但目前采摘辣椒的模式主要依靠人力手工,该模式已经不能满足产业发展的要求。设计了一种弹齿式线辣椒收获机,整机由弹齿式滚筒采摘装置、机架、悬挂装置、平带输送装置、链传动装置、收集装置等组成,可一次完成线辣椒的采收、输送收集工作。通过对样机进行正交试验研究,得到了整机最佳工作参数组合。在滚筒转速110 r/min,行走速度0.9 m/s,且未使用脱叶剂的参数组合下,破损率、采净率和损失率分别为2.8%、94.4%和11.6%。

The pepper planting industry in the Hexi Corridor of Gansu Province has developed rapidly in recent years,but the current mode of picking peppers mainly relies on manual labor,which can no longer meet the requirements of industrial development.In this paper,a type of elastic tooth pepper harvesting machine is designed.The whole machine is composed of the spring-shaped drum picking device,frame,the suspension device,the flat belt conveying device,chain transmission device,and the collecting device,etc.;it can complete harvesting,transporting and collecting the peppers at one time.Through the orthogonal experiment research on the prototype,the best working parameter combination of the whole machine is obtained.Under the condition of the drum rotation speed is 110 r/min,the running speed is 0.9 m/s,and without using the defoliat,the breakage rate,the net yield rate and the loss rate are respectively 2.8%,94.4%and 11.6%.
