摘要
太原选煤厂原生产工艺存在精煤产率低、灰分高等问题,阐述了无压三产品重介旋流器分选工艺原理和工艺流程,分析了原分选工艺存在的不足,研究并优化改造了分选设备及工艺参数。通过对分选工艺调控的优化改造,分选出了高质量的三产品,简化了工艺流程,提高了分选效率,为太原选煤厂增加了经济效益。
The original production process of Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant has problems of low yield of clean coal and high ash content.Thus in this paper,the principle and process flow of the separation process of three-product heavy medium cyclone without pressure are expounded;the shortcomings of the original sorting process are analyzed;and the transformation equipment and process parameters are also atudied and optimized.Through optimization and transformation of the sorting process control,three high-quality products were sorted out,the process optimization was simplified,the process efficiency was improved,and the efficiency of sorting was improved,which would increase the economic benefits for Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant.
