海洋环境液压油缸材料防腐的研究进展

摘要 通过查阅文献,分析比较,重点阐述了铸铁、碳钢和不锈钢在海洋中耐腐蚀性能的影响因素,通过分析比较总结出:在铸铁中加入微量的Cr、Ni合金元素能够提升防腐能力,在普通碳钢中加入Cr、Ni、Nb等元素形成保护膜,能够提升防腐蚀能力,低碳的双相不锈钢或者添加特殊添加剂的特殊钢才具有防腐作用,这为海洋油缸材料选择提供了借鉴,具有重要意义。 Through consulting the literature,analyzing and comparing,this paper emphatically expounds the influencing factors of corrosion resistance of cast iron,carbon steel and stainless steel in the ocean.Through analysis and comparison,it is concluded that the corrosion resistance could be improved by adding trace elements of Cr and Ni into the cast iron.Adding elements of Cr,Ni and Nb into the common carbon steel to form protective film,which can improve the corrosion resistance;low carbon duplex stainless steel or special steel with special additives has the anti-corrosion effect.It would provide a reference for the material selection of the offshore oil cylinders,which is of great significance.
