医患社会心态的情感治理

Emotional Governance of Social Mentality for the Relationship between Doctor and Patient

社会治理现代化的进程中,情感治理成为社会治理发展的新维度,立足于中国的人情社会中,情感治理更符合以人为本的逻辑。情感治理本身隐含着双重的逻辑,即作为治理对象的社会情感和作为治理方式的情感策略在治理中的应用,两重逻辑线在众多的社会问题中予以新的剖析角度。当前我国的医患社会心态呈现的泛化的对立心态成为和谐医患关系的重要阻碍,因而从医患情感的动力机制进行剖析,提出发展社区医疗卫生服务建设,将医疗活动建立于"熟人社会"中,为建立良好的医患情感沟通提供尝试思路。而情感策略在患方群体和医方群体中的应用则表现为,蕴含着强烈情感色彩的医患共同决策范式在临床中的应用。

In the process of modernization of social governance,emotional governance has become a new dimension of social governance development.Based on Chinese favor society,emotional governance is more in line with the people-oriented logic.Emotional governance itself implies a dual logic,that is,the social emotion as the object of governance and the application of the emotional strategy as the governance method.The two logical lines provide a new perspective on many social problems.At present,the general opposite mentality between the doctor and patient in our country has become an important obstacle to harmonious relationship between doctor and patient.Therefore,from the dynamic mechanism of doctors’and patients’emotions,it is necessary to develop community health care services.Establishing medical activities in the"acquaintance society"provides the ideas for establishing good emotional communication between doctors and patients.The application of emotional strategies in patient and doctor groups is manifested in the clinical application of the common decision-making paradigm of relationship between doctors and patients with strong emotional value.
