中国护士共情能力现状调查及干预策略

The Investigation on the Current Situation of Empathetic Ability of Chinese Nurses

采用Jefferson医师共情量表对江苏省六家综合医院护士共情能力现状进行调查。结果发现:在不同的年龄阶段,护士的共情能力存在差异。其中,18到45岁之间,共情能力随着年龄的增长而增长;当年龄超过45岁,护士的共情能力趋于稳定。此外,护士的共情能力还表现为工作年限的差异:6-12年这个阶段的共情能力显著低于13-25年和26年以上这两个水平的共情能力,呈"U"型趋势。与此同时,护士越信任医疗制度,越信任患者及其家属,其共情能力就越高。

748 nurses of six general hospitals in jiangsu province were enrolled to investigate their empathetic ability by using The Jefferson Scale of Physician Empathy.There are 379 people aged from 21 to 30,267 of them aged 31 to 40,and 102 of them aged 41 to 50.the result showed when nurses are older than 45,their ability to empathize tend to stabilize.In addition,the empathetic ability of nurses showed the difference among working years:the empathy ability of 6-12 years was significantly lower than that of 13-25 years and above 26 years,showing a u-shaped trend.Meanwhile,the more nurses trusted the medical system,patients and their families,the higher their empathy ability would be.Conclusion:The empathic ability of nurses in Chinese medical situation will increase with the increase of age,and there will be a period of burnout,during which the empathic ability of nurses will decline but then rise.The empathic ability of nurses will change with the change of age,showing an overall increasing trend;The empathy ability of nurses showed a u-shaped trend within years of working experience.Whether nurses trust the current medical system can predict the level of empathy,and the more nurses trust the current medical system,patients and their families,the higher the empathy of nurses.
