实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,是新时代做好"三农"工作的总抓手,具有深刻的历史必然性和逻辑必然性。分析了实施乡村振兴战略的逻辑理路,所得结论为:新中国成立以来我国农村改革发展的重大成就和重大变革是乡村振兴战略实施的历史基础;我国当前社会主要矛盾和农村农业发展的现实问题正是提出和实施乡村振兴战略的现实逻辑;习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想构成了实施乡村振兴战略的科学理论指导和行动指南;实施乡村振兴战略也是全面建成小康社会、全面建成社会主义现代化强国目标的必然实践要求。

Absrtact:The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is a major decision-making and deployment made by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is the general grasp of the "three rural" work in the new era, which has profound historical and logical inevitability. This paper analyzes the logic of implementing the Strategy of Rural Revitalization, and draws these conclusions: Since the founding of new China, the great achievements and changes in rural reform and development are the historical basis for the implementation of the Strategy of Rural Revitalization;The main social contradictions and the realistic problems of rural agricultural development in China are the realistic logic of putting forward and implementing the Strategy of Rural Revitalization;Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era constitutes a guide to scientific theories and guidelines for the implementation of the Strategy of Rural Revitalization;Rejuvenating the countryside and implementing the Strategy of Rural Revitalization are also the necessary practical requirements for the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and a socialist modern powerful country in an all-round way.
