摘要
基于京津冀城市群城市发展数据,从城市功能的视角构建了城市发展质量指标体系并进行了测度,分析了城市发展质量空间分异规律,探究了城市发展质量差异的成因。研究结果显示:(1)京津冀城市发展质量整体呈稳步提升态势,城市间发展质量的差距并未随着时间的推移而降低,城市发展质量水平较高的地区主要位于"三轴"上的核心城市,其他低质量水平的城市零星或呈片状分布在高质量城市周围。(2)区域城市发展质量的空间集聚能力在逐渐增强,但全局Moran’s I指数呈波动式上升,表明区域城市发展质量的空间关联性并不稳定。(3)固定资产投资水平、财政支出水平和交通与通讯水平度影响各城市发展的重要因素,对各城市发展质量都具有统计上显著的影响作用,第二、三产业增加值的差异影响城市发展质量水平的高低,对外开放程度对各个城市发展质量影响呈现出一定地区差异性。
Based on the urban development data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,this paper constructs and measures the urban development quality index system from the perspective of urban function, analyses the spatial differentiation law of urban development quality, and explores the causes of urban development quality differences. The results show that:(1) The overall quality of urban development in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has been steadily improving, and the gap between cities has not decreased by time. The areas with higher quality of urban development are mainly located in the core cities on the "three axes", while other low-quality cities are scattered or patchy around high-quality cities.(2) The spatial agglomeration ability of regional urban development quality is gradually increasing, but the global Moran’s I index fluctuates, indicating that the spatial correlation of regional urban development quality is not stable.(3) Fixed investment level, financial expenditure level and transportation and communication level are the important factors affecting the development of cities, which have a significant statistical impact on the quality of urban development. The difference of value added of secondary and tertiary industries affects the level of urban development quality. The degree of opening up has a certain regional difference on the quality of urban development.
