摘要
果实性状遗传背景复杂,杂交后代出现低亲本的或超亲本的遗传现象,为育种工作带来了难度。本综述通过对果树果实的大小、形状和果实品质进行概括分析。结果表明果实的大小由控制细胞膨大、细胞分裂基因所决定,果实的形状由于基因或细胞分裂素影响,果实的甜酸含量与转化酶基因、己酶基因都有密切的关系。本综述归纳总结了遗传图谱的构建和QTL定位在枣的重要性状的研究进展,并对遗传连锁图谱和QTL定位在枣育种中的前景做出了展望,旨在为进一步开展本领域研究提供参考。
The genetic background of fruit traits is complex,and the genetic phenomena of low or super parents appear in hybrid offspring,which makes breeding difficult.In this paper,the fruit size,shape and quality of fruit trees were summarized and analysed.Fruit size was determined by genes controlling cell enlargement and cell division.Fruit shape was caused by gene mutation or influence of cytokinin.Sweet and acid content in fruit was closely related to invertase gene and hexozyme gene.The construction of genetic map and the research progress of important traits of QTL mapping in jujube were summarized.The existing problems were also discussed.The genetic linkage map and the location of QTL in jujube were also summarized.The prospects of jujube breeding were prospected in order to provide reference for further research in this field.
