桑树花粉总多酚、总黄酮与多糖含量及抗氧化活性 被引量:5

Total Polyphenols, Total Flavonoids and Polysaccharide Content and Antioxidant Activity of Mulberry Pollen

摘要 为研究桑树花粉的活性成分含量及抗氧化活性,本研究对3个品种(‘辽鲁6号’,‘路杨’,‘河北华桑’)桑树不同组织部位(叶,皮,花序,花粉)的总多酚、总黄酮与多糖含量及抗氧化活性进行了测定和比较。总多酚采用Folin-ciocalteau法测定、总黄酮采用铝盐显色法测定、多糖采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法测定,抗氧化活性采用TPTZ法、ABTS法和DPPH法测定。结果表明,3个桑树品种中的花粉均含有丰富的活性成分和较强的抗氧化活性。不同组织部位中总多酚、总黄酮含量均是皮含量最高,花粉次之;多糖是花序含量最高,皮次之,花粉其次。3种桑树花粉中总多酚、总黄酮与多糖含量及抗氧化活性存在显著差异,其中‘路杨’花粉的总多酚和多糖含量均最高,分别为16.67 mg/g和117.27 mg/g,‘辽鲁6号’花粉的总黄酮含量最高,为18.39 mg/g。相关性分析表明,桑树花粉中总多酚、总黄酮含量均与抗氧化活性呈极显著正相关。本研究为桑树花粉的健康应用和多元化开发提供了科学依据。 In order to study the content of active ingredients and antioxidant activity of mulberry pollen,the content of total polyphenols,total flavonoids and polysaccharides as well as the antioxidant activity were measured and compared in different tissue parts(leaves,skins,flos,pollen)of three varieties(‘Heibeihuasang’,‘Luyang’,‘Liaolu No.6’).Total polyphenols were determined by folin-ciocalteau method,total flavonoids were determined by aluminate chromogenic method,polysaccharides were determined by 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid colorimetry(DNS reagent),and antioxidant activity was determined by TPTZ method,ABTS method and DPPH method.The results showed that the pollens of the three mulberry species all contained rich active components and strong antioxidant activity.The content of total polyphenols and total flavonoids in different tissues parts were the highest in epidemis content,followed by pollen.The content of polysaccharides was the highest,followed by epidemis and pollen.The contents of total polyphenols,total flavonoids and polysaccharides in the pollen of three mulberry species were significantly different from each other,among them,the content of total polyphenols and polysaccharides in‘Luyang’was the highest at 16.67 mg/g and 117.27 mg/g,respectively,and the contents of total flavonoids in‘Liaolu No.6’was the highest,was 18.39 mg/g.Correlation analysis showed that the content of total polyphenols and total flavonoids in the pollen of mulberry was positively correlated with the antioxidant activity.This study provides a scientific basis for the healthy application and diversified development of mulberry pollen.
