甘肃多儿国家级自然保护区种子植物多样性探究

Research on Seed Plant Diversity of Duoer National Reserve in Gansu

本研究采用典型样地法和样线法相结合对甘肃多儿国家级自然保护区种子植物多样性和区系特征进行了初步调查与探究。结果表明:保护区共有种子植物88科,349属,870种,其中国家级重点保护野生植物共级9种(一级2种,二级7种),隶属8科9属,国家一级重点保护植物有2种,二级重点保护植物有7种;保护区种子植物科属区系以温带分布类型为主,分别占总科属的48.9%和72.8%,北温带分布类型占绝对优势;植被整体可以划分为4个植被型组,8个植被型,9个植被亚型,14个群系组和41个群系且植物分布具有较为明显的垂直带谱特点。本研究不仅填补了该保护区种子植物多样性研究的空缺,也为今后进一步了解多儿自然保护区生物多样性提供有效的参考依据。

In this study,the typical plot method and the sample line method were combined to investigate the seed plant diversity and floristic characteristics of Gansu Duoer national nature reserve.The results showed that there were 88 families,349 genera and 870 seed plants in the reserve.Among them,there were 9 kinds of national key protected wild plants(two in the first level and seven in the second level),belonging to 8 families and 9 genera.There were 2 national key protected plants and 7 secondary protected plants.The genus of the seed plant family in the reserve was mainly temperate distribution type,accounting for 48.9%and 72.8%of the total genus,respectively,and the north temperate distribution type was dominant.The vegetation can be divided into 4 vegetation groups and 8 vegetation types,9 vegetation subtypes,14 group groups and 41 groups,the plant distribution had obvious vertical band spectrum characteristics.This study not only could fill the gap in the study of seed plant diversity in the reserve,but also would provide an effective reference for further understanding of the biodiversity of Gannan Prefecture.
