摘要
以西瓜品种‘早佳8424’和不同砧木为材料,采取模拟淹水胁迫的方法,研究不同砧木对嫁接西瓜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,与自根苗果实相比,嫁接不仅提高了西瓜果实产量,而且还增加果皮厚度,并且增加可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、番茄红素和Vc含量,进而提升了果实营养品质。南瓜砧木嫁接西瓜比葫芦砧木嫁接增产显著,但是在品质方面用葫芦砧木嫁接西瓜风味更佳。通过隶属函数法分析发现‘强根’作为耐涝砧木嫁接的品质最佳,其次是‘雪松’、‘砧王’,而‘合力’在涝害下果肉品质比自根苗差。
Taking watermelon variety‘Zaojia8424’and different rootstocks as materials,the effects of different rootstocks on the yield and quality of grafted watermelons were studied by simulating waterlogging stress.The results showed that compared with the fruits of self-rooted seedlings,grafting not only increased the yield of watermelon fruits,but also increased the peel thickness,the content of soluble solids,soluble sugar,lycopene and Vc,thus improving the nutritional quality of the fruits.Watermelon grafted with pumpkin rootstock has significantly higher yield than that grafted with gourd rootstock,but the flavor of watermelon grafted with gourd rootstock is better in terms of quality.Through the analysis of membership function method,it was found that‘Strong root’was the best grafting quality as waterlogging tolerant rootstock,followed by‘Cedar’and‘Zhen king’,while‘Heli’was inferior to self-rooted seedlings in pulp quality under waterlogging.
