Practice of Comprehensive Management of Urban Water System Based on W-SREELE

为解决当前城乡复杂水系存在的问题,同时践行现代水生态文明建设思想,提出了一种W-SREELE城市水系综合治理理念,即统筹兼顾水安全-水资源-水环境-水生态-水景观-水经济的水系综合治理解决方案,将W-SREELE理念成功应用于周口市中心城区复杂水系,解决了该市水系综合治理与应用中的问题,取得了较好效果。

In order to solve the problems existing in the complex water system in urban areas and practice the idea of modern water ecological civilization simultaneously,a concept of W-SREELE comprehensive management for urban water system was put forward,which is a comprehensive management solution of water system that takes into account water security,water resources,water environment,water ecology,water landscape and water economy.Taking the complex water system in the central urban area of Zhoukou as the research object,the W-SREELE concept became reality.The successful application of the method solves the problem of comprehensive management of water system and the effect is good.
