摘要
针对以往模糊综合评价方法权重的确定多采用仅考虑单个评价指标对总体污染贡献的浓度超标赋权方法存在的不足,引入基尼系数法对浓度超标赋权方法进行改进,构建了基于基尼系数的水质模糊综合评价模型,并以密云水库为例,采用该模型对密云水库进行水质评价。结果表明,密云水库的水质较好,9个监测站点中除了内湖监测站点的水质评价结果为Ⅱ级外,其他8个监测站点均为Ⅰ级。可见该模型评价结果考虑因素全面,且更加科学客观。
In view of the shortcomings of the former fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,whose concentration exceeding standard weighting method only considers the single evaluation index’s contribution to the overall pollution,the Gini coefficient method is introduced to improve the method,and a water quality fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed based on the Gini coefficient.Taking Miyun Reservoir as an example,the model is used to evaluate the water quality of Miyun reservoir.The results show that the water quality of Miyun reservoir is good.In the 9 monitoring stations,except the water quality evaluation results of the inner lake monitoring station are Level II,the other 8 monitoring stations are Level I.It can be seen that the evaluation results of the model are comprehensive and more scientific and objective.
