摘要
为了研究澎内传防水剂涂料对大坝防渗墙混凝土性能的改良效果,设计了4种浓度的澎内传防水剂的混凝土涂层,对改性试样开展渗透试验、高速水流冲蚀试验和强度试验,并进行微观结构的SEM扫描,以此分析了混凝土性能与内部结构的关系。结果表明,防水剂的浓度越大,混凝土防渗性能的改善效果越好,浓度为3.0%的涂层对试样防渗效果最佳;冲蚀程度随着防水剂浓度增大呈先降低后稳定的特点;混凝土的抗压强度和弹性模量几乎不受防水剂浓度的影响;澎内传防水剂对试样内部孔隙结构的改变非常显著,经防渗涂层处理后的混凝土密实程度大幅提高。
In order to study on the improvement effect of penetron waterproof agent on the seepage prevention wall of dam concrete,four kinds of concentration admixtures were designed to conduct the tests of seepage,erosion and intensity of high velocity flow.The SEM scanning of the sample microstructure was used to analyze the relationship between concrete behavior and internal structure.The results show that the higher the concentration of waterproof agent is,the better the impermeability of concrete is.The sample has the best seepage prevention effect when the concentration of coating is3.0%.With the increase of waterproof agent content,the erosion degree decreases first and then reaches stable.The concentration of waterproof agent has little impact on the compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete.The pore structure of the sample changes significantly with the penetron waterproof agent.The density of concrete increased significantly by treatment of seepage prevention coating.
