摘要
利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜-能谱仪,对瓶罐玻璃生产线产生的玻璃缺陷-结石及条纹进行检测,结合玻璃熔窑所用耐火材料、燃料进行排查,根据结石及条纹的结构特征找出了缺陷的产生原是因为使用了金属杂质较高的重油造成。利用高温内窥镜对熔窑大碹、胸墙、蓄热室进行了观察并给出了对应措施。
Using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope-energy spectrometer,the glass defects-stones and streaks produced in the production line of container-glass furnace were detected.Combining with refractories and fuels used in glass furnace,the causes of the defects were found out according to the structural characteristics of defects because of the high metal impurities in heavy oil.The high temperature endoscope was used to observe the furnace's crown,breastwall and regenerator,and the corresponding measures were given.
