摘要
《关于开展扫黑除恶专项斗争的通知》为“扫黑除恶”提出更高要求,亟需充分运用大数据,并纳入法治轨道。应建立法治化的大数据“扫黑除恶”管理机制,依法确定大数据“扫黑除恶”的数据标准,依法建设大数据“扫黑除恶”数据协同机制。基此防止“打黑”变“黑打”的现象在大数据“扫黑除恶”工作中重演,使大数据成为“扫黑除恶”的关键推动力量。
The Notice on Launching a Special Fight for Crime Crackdown put forward higher requirements to"crime crackdown",and it is urgent to use the big data and bring it into the track of the rule of law.A law-based management mechanism for big data ucrime crackdownn should be established,a data standard should be determined and a data coordination mechanism should be established by law.Based on this,the phenomenon of"cracking down on evil forces activity,,turn to uincorrect cracking" will be prevented repeating,and big data will become a key driving force for "crime crackdown".
