我国监狱罪犯矫治模式及效能问题实证研究——以163例12348中国法网监狱矫治个案为例分析

Empirical Research on the Prisoner Correction Model and its Efficacy——Analysis of 163 cases of prison corrections in 12348 legal services of China

本文通过对163例12348中国法网中的各监狱罪犯教育矫治典型个案数据进行实证分析,研究罪犯的性别、年龄、文化程度等人口学特征,分析我国监狱教育矫治罪犯的模式特征及矫治效能问题。结果显示:监狱矫治罪犯在年龄、是否顽危犯、法制教育、管控措施、心理措施等维度上存在统计学上的显著性差异;我国的监禁矫治措施对某些罪犯具有较好效能。这表明我国监狱矫治罪犯工作已形成具有中国特色的罪犯教育矫治模式且已在各监狱扩展开来,心理矫治措施已在较多监狱推广使用并取得了较好效能。

This article empirical analyzes the 163 cases of typical prisoner education corrections in the 12348 legal services of China,studies prisoner's demographic characteristics,such as gender,age,and education,and analyzes the model characteristics and correction efficacy of prison education corrections in China.The results show that there are statistically significant differences in prison corrections in terms of age,whether or not they are perilous,legal education,control measures,psychological measures,etc.;China's prison corrections have a good effect on some offenders.This shows that the prisoner correction model with Chinese characteristics has been formed and expanded,and psychological correction measures have been popularized in many prisons and achieved good results.
