Impact of China’s Current Motor Vehicle Drivers’ Cumulative Scoring System on Road Traffic Management

随着经济的发展,我国的汽车保有量正处于高速增长期,给道路交通管理带来了巨大挑战。机动车驾驶人累积记分制度在一定程度上约束了大多数机动车驾驶人的违规行为,缓解了道路交通问题。但是一些突出的矛盾,例如分数可以买卖、扣分降级难度大等问题对道路交通的管理产生了巨大阻碍作用。对累积记分制度的研究要以数据为基础,借助网络数据模型,完善我国的驾驶人累积记分制度。

With the development of the economy,China's car ownership is rapid growth,which brings great challenges to road traffic management.The cumulative scoring system for motor vehicle drivers restrains most illegal behaviors and alleviates road traffic problems,but some prominent contradictions,such as the scores trading,the difficulty of deducting points and demoting,have greatly hindered the management.The research on the cumulative scoring system of road traffic management should be based on data and use the network data model to improve it.
